Production catering & craft services

Feed the crew properly

A shoot runs on its stomach. We cook hot breakfast and lunch on set, keep crafty stocked from call to wrap, and work to your call sheet — so catering is the one thing nobody has to chase.

On set

What we bring to a shoot day

Book catering, craft services, or both. Most productions take both and treat us as the food department for the day.

🍳

Hot breakfast

Eggs cooked properly, breakfast meats, potatoes, fresh fruit, pastries, oatmeal, and real coffee. Set up and holding at temperature before your crew call, not after it.

🍽️

Hot lunch

Two proteins, a vegetarian main, sides, a proper salad and dessert — served buffet-style or individually packed if you're spread across locations or running a tight turnaround.

Craft services

The table that keeps everyone going: snacks sweet and savoury, fresh fruit, granola and protein bars, coffee, tea, sodas, energy drinks and cold water. Restocked through the day, not laid out once and abandoned.

🥗

Dietary needs

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options in every service as standard — never an afterthought plate. Real allergies are prepped separately and labelled clearly.

🚚

We come to you

Studio, practical location, warehouse or a park with no power. We bring what's needed to hold food safely and serve it hot wherever you're shooting.

🧹

Clean break-down

We set up out of the way of camera, keep the area tidy through the day, and strike without leaving anything for your team to deal with.

We read the call sheet

Send it over and we'll work from it directly — crew count, call time, meal penalty windows, location and any dietary notes. It's the fastest way to get a quote that's actually accurate, and it means nobody has to re-type headcounts into an email.

Schedule moved? Crew grew by twelve? Tell us as early as you can and we'll adjust. Production changes; we plan for that.

Questions

Before you book

How much notice do you need for a shoot?

A few days is comfortable and lets us build a proper menu around your crew. We've turned around next-day shoots before — call us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can do it well, rather than say yes and under-deliver.

Can you handle early call times?

Yes. Breakfast ready to serve before crew call is normal for us, including 5:30am sets. We plan backwards from your call sheet and arrive with enough time to be holding and ready, not still unloading.

Do you cover dietary restrictions and allergies?

Always, and at no extra charge. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options are built into every menu rather than added on request. Genuine allergies are prepped separately and labelled — we run allergy checks on every meal-prep order we send out, and the same discipline comes to your set.

How is production catering priced?

Per person per meal, plus a catering fee and any staffing or delivery. Craft services is priced per person per day with a kit fee. You get a written quote with every line itemised, and it doesn't change afterwards unless the job does.

Do you travel to location?

Yes, throughout Miami-Dade and Broward as standard. Locations further out are usually possible with a travel line on the quote — ask and we'll price it.

Can you do multi-day shoots without repeating the menu?

That's the norm. We rotate proteins, sides and the crafty table across days so day four doesn't feel like day one. Long-running jobs get a menu cycle planned up front.

Send us the call sheet

Dates, crew count and location is enough to start. We'll come back with a menu and a written quote — usually same day.
